Introduction
Constipation is condition when we feel very hard stools or bowel
movements. If the amount of fiber or water in the food is less, then the food
moves slowly in the intestines and the large intestine absorbs water from it,
due to which it becomes gradually hardened and passing stool is difficult.

Home Remedies for Constipation.
1. Black Salt
Add a pinch of black salt to lukewarm water and drink it on an
empty stomach in the morning and stroll for 15 minutes, constipation will be

2. Salad
Include Bran in your food. Including the salad available
according to the season, can help to get rid of constipation and other stomach
problems permanently.
3. Flaxseed Seeds
Can be eaten by mixing flaxseed seeds (F) or a handful of

4. Raisins
