Home Remedies for Back Pain.
1. Band knee
While lifting an object placed below, first bend your knees and
then lift it. Doing this will not put unnecessary pressure on the waist and
will cause less discomfort.
2. Garlic

treatment for back pain. Chronic back pain is also cured with the use of
garlic.

back pain, take half a teaspoon of Benzoin with warm water twice a day. By
doing this, you get relief in back pain.

have complete rest for two to three weeks if there is a problem of slip
disc or back pain.

exertion.

posture.

not work by bending the waist. Always keep your back straight.
- Wear
simple footwear instead of high-heeled shoes.

caution when climbing stairs.
- If
you have to stand for long periods, then change your position.
- Rotate
the body instead of turning the neck too much to look right or left or
back.
- If
driving for a long time, keep a pillow for neck and back. Keep the driving
seat somewhat forward, so that the back is straight.
- Do
not put a high or thick pillow. Simple pillows are better to use.
- Do
not sleep on a very soft and hard mattress. Even sleeping on springy
mattresses or loose-bedded beds
- Do
not sleep on your stomach or vice versa.
- Surgery
is the only option if traditional methods do not reach the rest. But
whether or not surgery will take place is entirely up to the expert.
