Introduction
Anorexia, which means a complete loss of interest in food. In the initial stage of anorexia, loss of appetite and weakness starts. Home Remedies for Anorexia.
1. Ginger
To arouse hunger, eat half a teaspoon of chopped ginger with black salt for half an hour before eating. You can also drink ginger tea.
2. Orange
Oranges also can arouse hunger. Orange not only cures your digestive system but also relieves constipation. When you feel like, peel four to six slices and keep eating it. You can eat it with black salt, lemon juice or you can also drink the juice.
3. Mint
Mint is a natural appetite drug. It can be tried in the treatment of anorexia. Its taste and special aroma arouse the desire for hunger. Eating it will also reduce depression and stress. Drink two teaspoons of juice extracted from mint leaves in the morning or tea made from mint can also be drunk.
4. Lemon Balm
It acts as a nerve tonic and also causes hunger. Eating it reduces stress and improves sleep. Pour one teaspoon of lemon balm dry leaves in a cup of warm water and cover it for a while. Drink it like tea when it is cold.
5. Herbal Tea
Drinking tea mixed with herbal tea or green tea and a variety of herbs arouses appetite. Stress and depression are reduced. In anorexia, it is recommended to drink herbal tea.
6. Massage

Eat three and four grains of raw garlic daily with one cup of water. If raw garlic feels bitter to eat, then after boiling it, you can eat it by adding salt and lemon juice.

Precaution:
  • By adding black salt and parsley in wheat bran and making bread, eating it increases appetite.
  • Daily intake of an apple or apple juice clears the blood and also causes hunger.
  • Add cumin, asafoetida, mint, black pepper and salt to a glass of water, drinking it removes anorexia.
