Anemia is disorder of the blood. Anemia is not a disease but it can cause many diseases. Lifestyle, food eating habits changes, drug infections are the main cause of Anemia. You can know Anaemia, Measured by red blood cell count and haemoglobin below-10 gm.

Home Remedies for Anemia.
1. Spinach
Spinach is one of the richest sources of Iron and Vitamin B – 12 that helps to build red blood cells. It can be consumed in any form you like. Juice, soup, cooked dish.
2. Beetroot
Beetroot is iron rich vegetables. It can be taken as a salad or can extract its juice. Beetroot juice can be mixed with different vegetables and fruits like spinach juice, apple juice, or carrot juice.
3. Honey
Honey is also a good source of iron and vitamin B-12. It can be taken with fruits, milk and instead of sugar, we can use honey.
4. Raisins and Dates
Date and Raisins are a good source of iron. Soak the 10 Raisins for 2 to 3 hours in the morning. Eat Raisins and two Dates in empty stomach for breakfast. They are also known to give you instant energy.
5. Pomegranate
Pomegranate is known as increasing blood very fast in the body. It is reached in iron, calcium, Carbohydrate, Vitamin C, Magnesium. You can eat pomegranate in the empty stomach.
