1. Spinach
Spinach is one of the richest sources of Iron and Vitamin B – 12
that helps to build red blood cells. It can be consumed in any form you like.
Juice, soup, cooked dish.
2. Beetroot
Beetroot is iron rich vegetables. It can be taken as a salad or
can extract its juice. Beetroot juice can be mixed with different vegetables
and fruits like spinach juice, apple juice, or carrot juice.
3. Honey
Honey is also a good source of iron and vitamin B-12. It can be
taken with fruits, milk and instead of sugar, we can use honey.
4. Raisins and Dates
Date and Raisins are a good source of iron. Soak the 10 Raisins
