Home Remedies For Chickenpox


Introduction
Chickenpox is a viral infection that causes blisters on the body like blisters and itching. Smallpox is more common for people who do not fall ill or who have not been vaccinated to avoid smallpox. In earlier times, everyone was affected by smallpox once or until young, but in today's time, such diseases have decreased. For most people, smallpox is a mild disease. Nevertheless, it is better to be vaccinated. Smallpox vaccines are a safe and effective way to prevent smallpox and its potential complications.

Causes
The varicella-zoster virus is responsible for chicken pox or Chechakpox. In most cases, it spreads from an infected person to other people. The virus has already entered the body several days before the rash comes on the body and it remains until the grains dry up. It spreads by saliva, sneezing and contact with an infected person.
Chickenpox is highly infected, and it can spread rapidly. Others may be exposed to bacteria in the air through direct contact with the rash of the virus or by coughing or sneezing. The risk of smallpox (chechak) is more when:
  • Nobody has ever had smallpox.
  • Have not been vaccinated for smallpox.
  • Children who have been affected by infection in school or hostels.

Symptoms
  • Spreading of grains in one or both eyes.
  • Too much red and swollen appearance of the grains, it can also be a symptom of other skin infections.
  • With rash, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, rapid breathing, trembling, loss of muscle coordination, worsening cough, vomiting, stiff neck or fever.
  • Lack of immunity to anyone at home or having a baby younger than 6 months.
  • Feeling tired (weakness)
  • Fever, headache
  • Loss of appetite
  • Red-pink, small grains appear on the body

Home Remedies
1. Oat Flour
There is severe itching in the body when there is chickenpox. To avoid itching, bath with oat flour should be mixed with water. Mix 2 cups of oat flour in 2 liters of water and boils it for about 15 minutes, tie the cooked flour well in a cotton bag and put it in a bathtub and take a bath.
2. Brown Vinegar
Bathing half a cup of brown vinegar in water can be used to relieve itching in the body. This reduces the swelling of the grains and also causes the grains to dry.
3. Lemon Juice
Drinking lemon juice gives relief in chickenpox. For treatment, squeeze the lemon in a glass of clean water from time to time.
4. Margosa Leaves
Taking Margosa leaves in hot water and taking a bath ends itching. Margosa is naturally rich in anti-bacterial properties. In this case, chickenpox is very beneficial in healing.
5. Baking Soda
Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of lukewarm water and apply this paste on the whole body and let it dry. This causes chickenpox to heal quickly.
6. Apple Cider Vinegar
Bathing half a cup of apple vinegar mixed with warm water gives relief. Sit in this water for about 20 minutes.
7. Vitamin E Oil
Applying vitamin-E-rich oil on the body relieves itching during chickenpox.
8. Carrot
Eating boiled carrots and coriander reduces the weakness of chickenpox. Drinking a carrot and coriander soup relieves it.
9. Herbal Tea
Make the tea by mixing Basil, Marigold and Chamomile and then drink honey or lemon mixed with it. Drinking this tea 3-4 times a day gives relief.
Green Pea
Cook green peas in water and apply its water in the body, it ends the rash of chickenpox.
Ginger
Take cold water in the bathtub and add ginger to it and leave it for thirty minutes. After that sit in this water. This helps to relieve itching during chickenpox.

Prevention:
  • After dissolving one teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water, apply this water on the body with the help of cotton. Smallpox will get rid of.
  • To avoid itching during smallpox, take oatmeal in water and take a bath.
  • To avoid itching from smallpox (calamine lotion), apply calamine lotion over the grains.
  • Apply honey to the affected area two to three times a day.
  • To cure smallpox quickly, drink carrots and green coriander soup.
  • Soak cotton in sandalwood oil and apply it on the affected area.
  • Make a paste by boiling green peas and apply it on the grains, it will get relief.
  • Remove the fresh juice of Aloe Vera and apply it on the seeds.

Tips for Chicken Pox
  • If you also have a fever with smallpox, drink plenty of beverages. Take water, juice and soup from time to time. If the child drinks the milk of the infected mother, the mother should not be fed milk.
  • Do not scratch the grains and keep your nails small. Wear gloves on your hands to avoid scratching at bedtime.
  • Keep the body cool to avoid itching. Wear light clothes and avoid bathing with hot water.
  • Also, make sure that the infection does not spread to other members of the household. Keep away the clothes, bedding etc. of the infected person and wash them separately from the clothes of other members of the household.
