Introduction
Being susceptible to anything is an allergy, which in health parlance is also called Atopy. Allergies can be from anyone, from changes in the weather, from food, from pets, from dust, from smoke, from cosmetics or drugs. 4. Garlic

5. Lemon

6. Green tea
The antioxidants present in green tea increase the body's immunity. The thiamine present in it also helps in protecting against allergies. Black tea can also be drunk if one does not like green tea.
7. Almond
Almonds are found in vitamin B, E, magnesium, zinc, selenium and other healthy fats. Due to this, they not only give relief from stress, but also help in protecting them from allergies. Strengthens body and mind by speeding up immunity. Almonds can also be roasted or eaten raw. If such food is not possible, then making almond powder can be eaten with milk.
