Home Remedies for Baldness


Introduction
Baldness is a common problem in men. Baldness is a condition in which there is no hair on the head of men or there is less hair. Baldness is medically known as Alopecia. The condition of baldness arises with excess hair fall. By the way, during an average hair washing, a hair falls on an average of 250 hairs per day.

1. Onion
The sulfur present in onions accelerates blood flow to the head. By which baldness disease can be cured. Nothing, just cut the onion and takes out the juice and adds some honey to it. And then apply it on the hair roots. This will not only increase blood circulation in the hair root but will also kill fungi and bacteria.
2. Castor Oil
Castor oil is the most effective medicine to remove baldness. It acts as a moisturizing agent. It works in many more problems with hair and skin. To remove baldness, all you need to do is take a little castor oil on your palm and massage it well by applying it in the head. This will nourish the roots of your hair and very soon hair will grow on your head.
3. Pigeon pea (Arhar dal)
Arhar dal is also best for treating baldness. Make a paste by grinding Arhar dal. Apply this paste on the affected area of the head; soon the effect will start appearing.
4. Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera is a herbal plant and is a very effective medicine for hair and skin. Aloe Vera gel works extensively in hair growth. To treat baldness, do nothing but apply Aloe Vera gel in the head and massage the scalp thoroughly. Soon the effect will start to show. This opens the clogged hole in the root of the hair.
5. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil nourishes hair roots. Massage the hair with coconut oil for ten minutes at bedtime. This will help the hair follicles to grow. In the morning, wash your hair. You can also add lemon juice to coconut oil.
6. Black Pepper
Black pepper is very beneficial in treating baldness. Combine black pepper and lemon seeds and then make a thick paste. Spread this paste on the roots of the hair. There will be a considerable impact.
7. Fenugreek seeds (Methi seeds)
Fenugreek seeds are also very effective in removing baldness. Make a paste by crushing the fenugreek seeds and apply it where there is no hair in the head. Leave the paste on for one hour. Later wash the head with water. Will have a considerable impact.
8. Lemon
Lemon is useful in many hair problems. For example, in hair loss and fall, to eliminate dandruff, in dry hair. To fight baldness, apply lemon juice mixed with various oils and massage the scalp, the effect will be quite noticeable.
9. Beetroot Leaves
Beetroot leaf is a surefire medicine to remove baldness. Boil beetroot leaves in water. When it becomes very soft, add rosemary leaves to it and then grind it into a grinder machine and make a paste. Apply this paste on the head and leave it for a while. Later wash your head with lukewarm water. You will see a lot of impacts.
10. Curd
Yogurt acts as a conditioner for hair. It works a lot in removing baldness of hair. It also prevents hair fall and fall. Applying curd mask on the hair will give much better results.

Prevention:
  • Avoid shampoos that contain harsh chemicals. Choose gentle, natural shampoos and conditioners that contain nourishing botanicals such as Amalaki, Shikakai, and aloe. Do not shampoo your hair every day.
  • Protect your hair from excessive exposure of sunlight. You can use a hat, umbrella etc.
  • Choose herbal based dyes to colour your hair. Avoid excessive drying and bleaching your hair.
  • Avoid heat styling your hair; Let your hair dry naturally.
  • Brush hair regularly in smooth strokes.
  • Practice relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation. Stress can be detrimental to hair and overall health.
  • Get adequate restful sleep.
  • Do not sleep with wet hair and use silk pillow because it is softer.
