1. Skimmed milk
Skimmed milk or blister milk does not contain fat and also contains calcium so that there is no risk of fat accumulating in the blood vessels, and calcium-rich blood platelets work properly. Due to the absence of fat deposits in the blood vessels, the blood flows properly.
2. Reduce obesity
Eating a fat-rich diet increases obesity and results in a layer of fat on the wall of the blood vessel. If the width of the mouth of the blood vessel is reduced, there will be difficulty in a blood flow and the result will be blood clot. A blood clot can lead to a heart attack and the risk of a brain haemorrhage.
3. Exercise Regularly
By regular exercise, the blood is transmitted properly in all the blood vessels in the body.

5. Eating onion and garlic
Fibrin is deficient in the body by eating onion and garlic and as a result, platelets are formed properly and there is no clotting of blood.
6. Hydrotherapy
If a pack of hot and cold water is given continuously at the place of blood clot then it is possible that there can be circulation of blood.
7. Massage
If you massage the body regularly, then the blood flow in the body goes smoothly. Blood vessels also do not block and the risk of the blood clot is less.
