Introduction

4. Turmeric

7. Garlic

8. Eucalyptus Oil

Prevention:
  • Quit smoking.
  • Avoid air pollution and dust.
  • Avoid cold and flu.
  • Drink plenty of water to keep the mucus thin.
  • Use pillows to keep the head high from the bed at bedtime.
