Home Remedies For Asthma


Introduction
Asthma is a disease that affects your airways. Due to asthma, the inside walls of your airways are inflamed (swollen).

Causes
  • Animal dander from the skin, hair and feathers of animals
  • Dust mites
  • Cigarette smoke and over use of other Intoxicant
  • Air pollution
  • Wrong eating habit
  • Cold air or changes in weather
  • Strong odors from painting or cooking
  • Scented products
  • Strong emotional expression such as crying, laughing hard, anger, fear and mentally stress.
  • Medicines over use
  • Due to gastro esophageal reflux disease that causes heartburn.
  • Irritants or allergens that you may be exposed to at your work, such as special chemicals or dusts
  • Infections

  • Babies exposed to tobacco smoke.

  • Wheezing.
  • Feel more difficulties at night or in early morning
  • Gets worse with cold area, exercise, and heartburn (refiux)

Home Remedies for Asthma
1. Garlic
Boil 5 piece of garlic in 30 ml Milk and consume it daily. You get relief from asthma in the starting stage.
2. Ginger
In Ginger tea, add two piece past of garlic and drink it two times a day in morning and evening. You can control Asthma very well.
3. Fenugreek seeds (Methi ke dane)
Boil one teaspoon Fenugreek seeds in one cup of water and drink it every day in morning and evening for better result.
