Home Remedies for Asthma
1. Garlic
Boil 5 piece of garlic in 30 ml Milk and consume it daily. You
get relief from asthma in the starting stage.
2. Ginger
In Ginger tea, add two piece past of garlic and drink it two
times a day in morning and evening. You can control Asthma very well.
3. Fenugreek seeds (Methi ke dane)
Boil one teaspoon Fenugreek seeds in one cup of water and drink
it every day in morning and evening for better result.
