Introduction
Common Cold is a relatively harmless condition. It is a
detoxification or defense mechanism to protect the body. There can be different
causes of the cold. Tiny viruses present in the air, Enter into the body
through breath then you infected by the common cold.

Home Remedies for Cold.
1. Basil
10 to 15 Leaves of Basil mixed with an equal quantity of dried
ginger powder. Drink it as tea during the cold.
2. Ginger
2.1 Extract juice of Ginger and leaves of basil,
mixed with honey. You need to take total quantity only one teaspoon two times
in a day.
2.2 You can eat row Ginger or Drink as tea mix
with lemon juice.
3. Honey
Honey contains bacteria and quality of killing virus. Mix one
lemon teaspoon with one teaspoon honey and consume it.
