Introduction
Chikungunya fever is a viral fever caused by the bite of the Aedes mosquito aegypti. The symptoms of chikungunya and dengue are almost identical. The name of this fever is derived from the Chikungunya Swahili language, which means one who is twisted and has become prevalent because of the patient's bent body as a result of joint pain symptoms caused by the disease.
Chikungunya brings fever along with joint pain and the skin becomes dry. Chikungunya does not spread directly from man to man. Home Remedies for Chikungunya.
In Chikungunya, symptoms of joint pain, headache, vomiting and nausea may arise while some people also have blood from gums and nose. Symptoms of chikungunya arise in about twelve days of the mosquito bite. There are many home remedies for the treatment of Chikungunya which can be used to protect oneself from Chikungunya.
1. Papaya leaf
Papaya leaf is not only effective in dengue but also chikungunya. In fever, the platelets of the body (platelets) fall rapidly, which are rapidly increased by the leaves of papaya. In just three hours the leaves of papaya increase the blood platelets in the body. For treatment, separate the stalk from the leaves of papaya and simply grind the leaf and take out its juice. Take two spoons of juice three times a day.
2. Basil and Parsley (Ajwain)
Basil and parsley are also very good home medicine for the treatment of Chikungunya. For the treatment, take dried leaves of parsley, raisins, Basil and Neem (Azadirachta) and boil it in a glass of water. Drink this drink thrice a day without filtering it out.
3. Garlic and Drumstick
Garlic and Drumstick pods are excellent for treating chikungunya. In Chikungunya, there is a lot of pain in the joints; in this case, massaging the body is very important. For this, heat the oil by mixing Garlic and Drumstick pods in any oil and massage the patient with this oil.
4. Laung or clove
Grind garlic on painful joints and mix clove oil in it and tie it on the joints with the help of the cloth. With this, patients of Chikungunya will get relief from joint pain, and body temperature will also be controlled.
5. Epsom salt
Take some quantity of Epsom salt in hot water and take a bath with it. Add Neem leaves (Azadirachta) to this water as well. Doing this will also relieve pain and control the temperature.
6. Grapes
Chikungunya viruses die if you take grapes with lukewarm milk of cow, but keep in mind that grapes are seedless.
7. Carrot
Eating raw carrots is also very beneficial in the treatment of chikungunya. It increases immunity power of the patient and also relieves joint pain.

Prevention:
  • Drink as much water as possible, drink lukewarm water if possible.
  • Get more and more rest.
  • There is a lot of pain in the joints during Chikungunya, for which, on the advice of the doctor, take Pain Killer.
  • Eat milk products, milk-yoghurt or other things.
  • The patient should grind Neem (Azadirachta) leaves and extract its juice.
  • Pay special attention to the cleanliness of the patient's clothes and his bed.
  • Eat more bitter gourd and papaya.
Chikungunya in Children
  • Take special care of children.
  • Children are fragile and their immune system is weak, so the disease catches them quickly. In such a situation, do not ignore their illness.
  • Children live more in the open, so there is a greater risk of infection and being bitten by mosquitoes.
  • Send children out of the house by wearing full clothes. Do not wear shorts and T-shirts to children during mosquito season. Apply mosquito repellent cream at night.
  • If the child is crying too much, sleeping continuously, restless, has high fever, body rashes, vomiting or any of these symptoms, see a doctor immediately.
  • Younger children usually have cold hands and feet, but their forehead and stomach are warm, so their fever is checked by touching their abdomen and taking a rectal temperature. Taking the temperature from the side is not the right way, especially in children. If the temperature has to be taken from the side, then add 1 degree to the readings that come. That would be considered the correct reading.

Introduction
Constipation is condition when we feel very hard stools or bowel movements. If the amount of fiber or water in the food is less, then the food moves slowly in the intestines and the large intestine absorbs water from it, due to which it becomes gradually hardened and passing stool is difficult.

  • Foods that are high in fat and sugar and have low fiber.
  • Do not take a lot of fluids.

Home Remedies for Constipation.
1. Black Salt
Add a pinch of black salt to lukewarm water and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and stroll for 15 minutes, constipation will be relieved.
2. Salad
Include Bran in your food. Including the salad available according to the season, can help to get rid of constipation and other stomach problems permanently.
3. Flaxseed Seeds
Can be eaten by mixing flaxseed seeds (F) or a handful of flaxseed seeds in the morning with warm water.
4. Raisins
Raisins are rich in fiber and act like natural laxatives. 10-12 - Soak raisins in water overnight and eat on an empty stomach in the morning. Women often complain of constipation during pregnancy, this is a very beneficial remedy for pregnant women.p>
5. Guava
Guava also provides great relief in constipation. Its pulp and seeds contain a fair amount of fiber. The food is digested quickly by its intake and acidity is also relieved, as well as the stomach becomes clean.
6. Lime

  • To soften the stool, drink potato juice or apple juice.
  • Exercise to help your intestines function properly.
  • Walking in constipation is beneficial.
  • Go to the toilet when you want to pass a bowel movement.

Home Remedies For Beriberi


Introduction
Beriberi is a vitamin B1 deficiency disease. It affects many parts of our body like muscles, heart and digestive power etc. In those parts of Southeast Asia where rice is the staple food, people are suffering from it in large numbers.
If the beriberi is not treated on time, then it can be dangerous for health. In this case you should include vitamin B1 in your daily food. Non-vegetarian products, dairy products and cereals are the main sources of vitamin B1. It protects you from beriberi disease.
There are two types Beriberi disease: Wet Beriberi and Dry Beriberi. Dry beriberi weakens the nerve, causing loss of muscle power, or muscles paralyze. Humid or wet beriberi affects the heart.

Causes
  • It is also possible due to alcohol that your body is not able to absorb vitamin B1. Beriberi disease occurs in such a condition. - Doctors believe that due to genetic reasons, there is deficiency of Vitamin B1 in the body.

Home Remedies for Beriberi
1. Almond
Almonds contain essential thiamine which is very important for the prevention of beriberi disease. Almond contains all the essential minerals and vitamins that motivate the body to function smoothly. Soak about 10 to 1 almonds in water every night and peel them before eating in the morning.
2. Sunflower Seed
Sunflower seeds contain compounds such as selenium, omega 3 fatty acids, due to which they are also rich in antioxidant properties. Vitamins B1, B5 and B6 are also present in these sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds taste like walnuts, so it can be chewed like this. One tablespoon of sunflower seeds should be chewed daily.
3. Pods or Beans
Beans are extremely nutritious. Beans also contain protein, calcium, minerals and thiamine which are very important for better health of bones and muscles. Be sure to eat a vegetable of beans twice a day.
4. Potato
Potatoes are also nutritious foods. It contains high amounts of phytochemicals, iron, potassium, copper, vitamin C, vitamin B1 and vitamin B6. Potatoes should be boiled before eat.
5. Brown Rice
Brown rice has far more nutrients than white rice, which are beneficial for the body. Thiamine is also high in brown rice. Daily brown rice in take also helpful in recover beriberi disease.

Precaution
Beriberi is treated with thiamine supplementation. In which the doctor undergoes a blood test which shows how well the body is absorbing the vitamins. The doctor will also give you directions on consuming certain types of food based on thiamine, in which you will be advised to take cereals, poultry, meat, beets, dry fruits, tomatoes and orange juice etc.
Rice, undercooked and raw meats etc. can become a problem for not absorbing vitamin B1 in your body. To avoid beriberi disease, nutritious and balance diet should be taken which has proper amount of thiamine.
Pregnant and lactating mothers should also be periodically checked for vitamins in the body. Also, such individuals who consume more alcohol should also get vitamin deficiency checked periodically.

4. Masala Tea
To make tea, grind 5 black peppercorns, 5 cloves and add some dry ginger powder. Drink this type of Masala tea twice a day. Drinking spice tea provides relief in back pain.
5. Hard Bed
Sleeping on a hard bed also provides immense relief in back pain. By doing this, the waist remains flat and there is equal pressure on the entire waist. Sleeping on the stomach and inverted mouth is also harmful.
6. Cinnamon
Mixing 2 grams of cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of honey and taking it twice a day provides relief in the stomach.
7. Warm Body
If the back pain is chronic, keep the body warm and eat hot things. Doing so provides immense relief in back pain. If the pain is more during winter, keep in mind that the pain part does not come in contact with air.
8. Ice Foment
Using ice in a painful place is also beneficial. This will also eliminate internal inflammation. After using ice for some days, starting hot compress gives favorable results.
9. Proper Nutrition
Use tomato, cabbage, beetroot, cucumber, spinach, carrots, and fruits in plenty of food.
10. Steam Foment
Put a towel in the warm salt water and squeeze it. Lying on the stomach and taking a steam in place of pain, relieves backache.
11. Massage
Heat three to four buds of garlic in mustard or coconut oil every morning (till the garlic buds turn black) then cool and massage the affected area.
12. Salt
Put two to three spoons of salt in the pan and bake it well. Put this hot salt in a thick cotton cloth and tie the bundle. Compress it at the waist.

Precaution:
  • Most of the back pain patients get relief from physiotherapy.
  • Should have complete rest for two to three weeks if there is a problem of slip disc or back pain.
  • If pain does not reduce, take the advice of the doctor.
  • Change lifestyle.
  • Keep weight under control. Weight gain and especially fat increases around the abdomen have a direct effect on the spine.
  • Walk regularly. This is the best exercise.
  • Do not steal from manual labour. Muscles are strengthened by physical exertion.
  • Do not sit on a stool or chair for long. While sitting in a chair, keep the legs straight and not one by one.
  • Do not sit up with a sudden jerk. Neither it nor stand for long in the same posture.
  • Do not work by bending the waist. Always keep your back straight.
  • Wear simple footwear instead of high-heeled shoes.
  • Use caution when climbing stairs.
  • If you have to stand for long periods, then change your position.
  • Rotate the body instead of turning the neck too much to look right or left or back.
  • If driving for a long time, keep a pillow for neck and back. Keep the driving seat somewhat forward, so that the back is straight.
  • Do not put a high or thick pillow. Simple pillows are better to use.
  • Do not sleep on a very soft and hard mattress. Even sleeping on springy mattresses or loose-bedded beds
  • Do not sleep on your stomach or vice versa.
  • Surgery is the only option if traditional methods do not reach the rest. But whether or not surgery will take place is entirely up to the expert.
