Ayurveda has given us many rules and regulation for eating food, lifestyle.
We can save our self from indigestion and many diseases which are related to
our body. Keep our body healthy. To bring little habits in our self. I have
listed few rules, I hope you will bring these rules in your lifestyle and watch
the positive change in your life.
Well saying, “Precaution
is better than cure”.
2) Perfectly ripe fruits is good for your digestive system (neither unripe or overripe).
3) Break fast = light, Lunch = main meal, dinner = light, eat at least three hours before bed.
4)A short walk after a meal helps you to digest Food Well or shit 15 minute in vajar ashan.
5)Avoid drinking water at least 30 minutes
before and after eating food. Sipping water with the food is fine in minimum
amount.
6)Eat at fixed times. The daily routine is good
for digestion.
7)Keep your kitchen and utensils as clean as
possible, and wash your
Hands before and after eating your food.
8)Don’t drink iced water with food or more than
room temperature.
After eating, don’t do heavy mental or
physical work for 15 to 2o minutes.
9)Eat freshly prepared food whenever you can.
10)Don’t eat when you’re upset or angry, eat food
in peaceful environment
11)Consume foods that are appropriate to the
season, time, climate .
Eat food before 8 PM.
12)Drink Fruits juice in morning, Butter Milk in
after noon, Milk in night.
13)Over eating is bad for your digestive system.
14)Right time of eating fruits is before or after
One hour of eating food.
15We should always eat seasonal and local fruits
and vegetable.
16)We should always eat right combination
of food. For example we must not take milk and fish together.
17While eating we should not watch TV, use
mobile laptop and any devices and not talk with each other our focus should be
on Food’s taste and texture.
