Few tips from Ayurveda to Enhance Your Digestion


Ayurveda has given us many rules and regulation for eating food, lifestyle. We can save our self from indigestion and many diseases which are related to our body. Keep our body healthy. To bring little habits in our self. I have listed few rules, I hope you will bring these rules in your lifestyle and watch the positive change in your life.

Ayurveda Tips

1) When food is well cooked and warm is much easier to digest. 

2) Perfectly ripe fruits is good for your digestive system (neither unripe or overripe). 

 3) Break fast = light,  Lunch = main meal,  dinner = light, eat at least three hours before bed. 

4)A short walk after a meal helps you to digest Food Well or shit 15 minute in vajar ashan.  


5)Avoid drinking water at least  30 minutes before and after eating food. Sipping water with the food is fine in minimum amount.

6)Eat at fixed times. The daily routine is good for digestion.

7)Keep your kitchen and utensils as clean as possible, and wash your
Hands before and after eating your food.

8)Don’t drink iced water with food or more than room temperature.
After eating, don’t do heavy mental or physical work for 15 to 2o minutes.

9)Eat freshly prepared food whenever you can.

10)Don’t eat when you’re upset or angry, eat food in peaceful environment 

11)Consume foods that are appropriate to the season, time, climate .
Eat food before 8 PM.

12)Drink Fruits juice in morning, Butter Milk in after noon, Milk in night. 

13)Over eating is bad for your digestive system.

14)Right time of eating fruits is before or after One hour of eating food.

15We should always eat seasonal and local fruits and vegetable.

16)We should always eat right combination of food. For example we must not take milk and fish together.

17While eating we should not watch TV, use mobile laptop and any devices and not talk with each other our focus should be on Food’s taste and texture.

Sleeping is like blessing. If we can’t sleep then multiple problems come in our life irregular sleep harm our personal life and professional life and decrease our quality of life.

In your childhood, you sleep like in a normal way you feel like more energetic and happy. There is no sleeping related problem in your life. Now you are adult and you are facing more sleeping problems.
Sleeping disturbance may have many reasons.

1)    Disturbance in the body’s biological clock.
The main cause of the body’s imbalance due to the disturbance in the biological clock. Your body connects through the Sun.

2)    We should get up early in the morning and sleep early in the night. Fix the time of sleeping.

3)    We should eat food before 8 O’clock.

4)    We should not take heavy food while sleeping. Our digestive system become slowly in the night and it is hard to digest hard food and it stays at the digestive system a long time and creates a disturbance while sleeping.

5)    We should not sleep in the morning for a long hour. If we sleep in the morning then we find difficulties while sleeping at night.

6)    We should not over thinking when we go to bed.  

7)     We should not use any mobile, laptop or any other devices before 1 hour from going to bed.

8)    We should not make habits of sleeping pills.

9)    Stomach digestive system should be good and no constipation.

10)    While sleeping our head should be on the east and food should be on the west side.

Natural therapy

Foot bath => You can take one bucket warm water and take wet towel on your head and drink one or two glass of water before this therapy. Put your feet in the bucket and stays, Do it for 15 to 20 minutes. You can do it on a regular basis before going to bed. This therapy helps our blood presser and make you feel relax. Home Remedies For Diabetes


Introduction
Energy is required to perform any task. The body also needs energy and the body supplies it with the glucose available in the body.
Glucose from the blood reaches the cells by a hormone called insulin and provides energy. Insulin is produced in the body by the pancreas.
Food gets converted into glucose in the body and glucose is added to the blood. The diabetic patient is unable to make full use of the glucose available in the body.
Diabetes is a metabolic disorder. If the increased amount of glucose in the blood is not treated at the right time, it is very harmful to the vital organs of the body.

Type 1 Diabetes:
It is an autoimmune disorder, in which the white cells of the body destroy the pancreatic insulin-forming cells.

Type 2 Diabetes:
The type of insulin produced in the body in type 2 diabetes is not known. Pancreatic insulin does not make due to an excess amount of insulin in the body.

Causes
  • Diabetes due to Obesity: Obesity is the biggest cause of type 2 diabetes.
  • Hereditary: It is also called family disease. Caution is needed if anyone in the family has or has had type 2 diabetes.
  • High sugar levels during pregnancy in pregnancy
  • Blood vessel disease
  • High blood pressure and high cholesterol level
  • Pre-diabetes or impaired fasting glucose
Symptoms:
  • Excessive thirst and frequent urination: These are the strongest signs of diabetes.
  • Sore Healing Sores and Recurrent Infections.
  • Feeling Lazy: Due to the lack of glucose in the cells, the energy supply to the body is not complete and the patient of diabetes always feels tired.
  • Blurred Vision: The presence of excess sugar in the blood affects the blood supply to the cells of the eyes and slowly the eyes begin to get affected.
  • Tingling in Hands and Feet: Excess sugar in the blood can cause damage to our nervous system.
  • Swollen Gums: Increased risk of gum infection due to diabetes.
  • The presence of excess sugar in the blood causes the kidneys to work more to clear the blood and excrete excess sugar from the body through urine. This causes frequent urination and extreme thirst.
  • Weight Loss: When the cells in our body do not get glucose, the body supplies it with the fat and muscles present in the body, due to which the fat and muscles stored in the body decreases and the weight are reduced very quickly.
Home Remedies for Diabetes
  • Take 2 spoons of bitter gourd juice once a day.
  • Take 1 teaspoon fenugreek powder twice a day with water.
  • Once a day, consume 2 teaspoons of bitter gourd juice with one spoon of Gooseberry juice.
Prevention
  • Do one hour exercise daily
  • Daily diabetes test in your home. Take care of the amount of sugar in the blood.
  • Insulin Injection should be prepared and applied manually.
  • Carrying an Insulin Pump
  • Taking carbohydrate count into consideration.
  • Take care of important information when blood pressure is low
